Xtreme Seal edge seal is a high-tech extrusion, engineered and manufactured with an advanced EPDM material. Xtreme Seal is a closed-cell flexible foam that can be glued on to most surfaces or sewn to most fabrics to provide a three-point contact seal on most surfaces.
All of Xtreme Seal’s patented edge seals are made from the same proven compounds that are: UV, Oil, Gas and Ozone Resistant.

XTREME SEAL

Xtreme Seal Foam is a standard closed-cell, flexible foam welt that can be glued to most surfaces or sewn to materials to create a three-point contact seal. Xtreme Seal weather stripping is thick enough to support snap fastener installation and is perfect for sealing all types of custom covers, convertible tops, dodgers, side curtains, windshield tops, radar arches and awnings.

Xtreme Seal’s Pro Seal edge seal features Dual Durometer technology not seen before in the marine industry. The soft expanded EPDM material, combined with a flat molded rubber attachment flap, allows fabricators to tuck the seal under a binding edge as never before.

XTREME SEAL V SEAL

Xtreme V-Seal weather stripping foam has a smaller  "V" shape profile, designed for smaller cutouts, tight corners on radar arches, bow covers and other marine applications. Despite the smaller profile, Xtreme V-Seal offers great weather and water protection. As with all Xtreme Seal products, V Seal can be glued to surfaces or sewn to fabrics.

XTREME SEAL AWNING SEAL

Xtreme Seal Awning Seal is designed for the awning industry as a gasket material between the frame and the mounting surface. Xtreme Seal Awning Seal conforms to the contour of the mounting surface, eliminating the need for silicone and providing a clean finished product. Made of EPDM material, Xtreme Seal Awning Seal also features an 3M adhesive strip on the back to making installation easier.

Xtreme Seal partners with Topfab

Wisconsin-based Xtreme Seal LLC, manufacturer of edge seal products for custom covers, announced a new distributor partnership with Topfab Ltd. Topfab will represent Xtreme Seal’s black, white and Pro Seal products with the intent of representing more products in the future.

Topfab is a New Zealand-based distributor of outdoor fabrics and marine accessories. Xtreme Seal has 11 distributors located throughout the U.S., Canada, and now New Zealand.
