One size fits all for both men and women, big or small. A recommended weight is 10-15 kg. For an increase in weight , vest attachments can simply be clipped on. The weight matter is evenly distributed around the vest in heavy duty vinyl packets, giving a comfortable fit to your body. With industrial clips and straps, adjustments are simple from one person to another. The vest will not affect your biomechanics during strength and aerobic overloading and is perfect for endurance, agility, speed and plyometrics training.
